RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Thank-you for choosing our products. If for any reason they are not quite for you, we are here to assist you. Whether there is something wrong with your order, a hiccup with your purchase, a broken item, or we sent you the wrong thing, don't fret, we are here to help. Simply share any details and evidence you have regarding the issue with us & we'll swiftly sort everything out. Just drop us a message to start the return process.

Items can be returned within 15 days from the day you receive them, provided they are unused in their original packaging, and in resellable condition. Please ensure all packaging materials are included when you send them back our way. We are unable to accept the return of any edible items- ie: teas, tinctures etc. for health & safety reasons.

If you received your order over 15 days ago, we understand that happens. In such cases, we reserve the right to accept or deny the return and may ask for a 15% restocking fee. Both your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated. All sales items are final and not returnable.

Please note that the cost of return shipping is on you. We recommend using a shipping service that offers tracking to ensure your return arrives back to us safely. We are here to ensure you are happy with your purchase.
